An ontario canada-based company a total rip off. These people are scam artist. They take your money, claim that they delivered your item but you actually never received anything from them. Never buy anything from this website. Unfortunately PayPal sided with them and I was ripped off for $32 and some change.
I ordered dog boots that had a zipper to facilitate putting them on the dog and then zipping up. Three weeks after ordering they sent a dog boot with a velcro strap closure. Not what I ordered. Tried contacting them three times with no response.
Absolutely awful. They didn’t ship within their stated shipping policy. I had to contact them several weeks after my order to ask for an update, only then did they ship. But they sent the completely wrong item, in 9XL instead of XS. They refuse to issue a refund, so I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
This company is just a fake scam for a Chinese company. Their web page says they offer full refund and have a California address. But I ordered something, it was shipped from China with a label from an entirely different company. I needed to exchange what I bought. I emailed them and 5 days later an entirely different company returned my email saying I would have to sent my item to China to get a refund and it would be too expensive. They told me to keep the item( which is useless to me) and they’d give me 10% off my next purchase. So, I was scammed. I’m writing this to hopefully protect the next trusting stooge.
