I ordered an expensive workstation and paid extra for quick assembly. After making a bank transfer and providing proof, it took three days for them to process it, which was frustrating. Then, they assembled the workstation but encountered overheating memory issues, which they claimed would take two weeks to analyze. It seemed they hadn't tested the configurations before offering them. After two weeks, my inquiry went unanswered. When I followed up, they suggested a memory cooler solution, which took another two weeks. Rather than sending the computer immediately, they requested an additional fee for the cooler. After I paid, there was still no response or shipment. Their communication has been among the worst I've experienced, and their online chat was unavailable the entire time. I'm still waiting for delivery. If no further issues arise, I might consider revising my rating, as the hardware is decent. Edit: After another complaint, I was informed my order was finally sent out, but it took another 24 hours for it to reach UPS. I paid for international delivery expecting it in three days, but now it's estimated to take ten days. This has been incredibly disappointing, and I would advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company.
The build looks fantastic and was completed on time. However, I found some aspects confusing, so I believe communication could be clearer, especially for beginners: - My PC arrived with extra parts and accessories, some of which I had to set up myself, which was unexpected and not explained. - The handbook provided did not match the build, leading to mismatched instructions. - I ordered five fans, but only four fit in the PC case, leaving me with an extra fan I didn't need. A warning about this would have been helpful. - While I appreciate the descriptions of the parts, some could be more detailed. However, these are minor issues; overall, it was a great experience for my first PC build.
I had a disappointing experience. Although I received the PC on time, it didn't start on the first connection. I checked all the cables to ensure they were connected properly, but nothing changed. After some troubleshooting, I had to remove the CMOS BIOS battery. Once I reset the BIOS, the PC started working fine, but I'm left wondering what went wrong that wasn't identified during the factory tests.
Everything went perfectly. I selected the components for my laptop, and a day after ordering, I received an update that the hardware was assembled and software testing would begin. Two days later, I was notified that my laptop had shipped from the assembly location in the UK. It arrived two days after that. A couple of minor points: - The laptop fan is quite loud under heavy load; perhaps the service could consider different fans. - Although it was a sign-for package, UPS left it at my doorstep when no one was home, and it was raining. Thankfully, the laptop was well-packaged, so only the outer box got wet.
