The idea of being able to watch more darts seems great right? Well it is but you wont be able to do it in this app. Screen dont full screen, live streams constantly reset and then jump to random points in the stream. I got suckered in to a yearly sub thinking this utter nonsense in 2025 wouldnt happen. Customer support are less than useless its laughable.
Took out a subscription in 2024 hoping that the early access for subscribers would allow me to purchase tickets to the events. Absolutely no chance ! No tickets available. Adding insult to injury the subscription auto renewed ( it’s hidden in the T’s & C’s ). You are not given any notice that your subscription is being renewed and refunds are not given. AVOID
I have recently emailed this company 7 times at their email address asking them to turn on auto renewal in my account, as there is no option for me to do so myself on their website after initially turning it off.They have ignored every single one of my emails, so they have non existent customer service. I have decided that I will just let my subscription expire and I will not be renewing it if they continue to ignore my emails.What else can I do and what exactly would they have me do otherwise?Clearly their customers are of no consequence whatsoever to them.
Rubbish rubbish rubbishSemi Finals and the website goes down and we cant watch the darts after paying a subscription fee. And then dont even announce what to do on their website. I had to find the solution i.e. use their poxy app, on the Sun website. Rubbish rubbish rubbish
Took out a UK package on PDC TV to watch PDC championships live. After about an hour of searching I realised there was no live coverage. I cancelled my subscription. I contacted PDC TV twice to ask for a refund and didn't get a reply on either occasion. Save your money.
I would avoid them.I purchased annual membership in 2024 with the hope to buy tickets throughout the year however this was not possible as even with the early window to get tickets majority of the tickets were gone when I finally got access.To add insult to injury I have now been charged for annual membership again as it auto renew without them sending any reminders !!Terrible service, avoid
The main benefit of buying a PDC annual pass for £49.99 is the priority access it gives you when buying tickets for live events. But it’s an absolute con because it’s so ridiculously over subscribed. £50 later and hours waiting in the priority access ticket queue to be told there’s no seats left! This has happened on 2 separate occasions - one of which they sent a message during the queue saying 500,000 bots were in the system trying to buy all the tickets. They need to sort this out. Real fans losing out to bots who put the tickets for hundreds of £s on resale sites. If I had known I couldn’t get tickets I’d never have bought the pass - and they are refusing to acknowledge there’s any issue and offer a refund. They give out too many passes and don’t have control of bots
They mug you into paying £49.99 PDC subscription , giving you access to the first priority ticket release . The system crashes , locks everyone out . You can’t get tickets it’s a total scam . What you also don’t know is that they now have taken a portion of the table seats in the general table area and made them HOSPITALITY SEATS at £399 plus vat so it’s no wonder it sold out as they have sold loads as hospitality . Tried cancelling my subscription ! I am outside the cooling off period for a refund again another fix .Don’t bother , total rip off , I am going to complain them to the financial ombudsman and MARTINS money
