The service was very unprofessional. I placed an order on Thursday and didn’t receive a dispatch email, so I reached out. They had canceled my order because they don’t deliver to my address, which is in the UK, and this wasn't mentioned on the website. Now I have to wait for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend ordering here.

I have documented evidence of a serious issue involving hate crime and false allegations of shoplifting at a local store, including misuse of phone calls to involve the police. When I reported this, the staff were dismissive and used offensive language. The manager showed no willingness to investigate the incident. This place feels very unsafe, and I would not recommend it.
