Review Time
First order. A Christmas gift for our grandaughter who has been a fan for a couple of years and not experienced peacbybbies slime before. I found website helpful over which slimes would be best and also which ones would last longest as they have to travel to England and last till the big day. Chose 2 slimes and the accesory kit and they arrived safely one week later, which i thought was very quick. Checked contents and all is perfect. I think the pricing for slime and shipping was resonable, only slight negative but no biggie is that they were shipped with no outer packaging and in the peachybbies logo box with address label covering it. She will be so suprised on christmas day, we've always said it was too expensive to get shipped over she has no idea at all. Look forward to ordering again soon.
Purchased slime bundle for my daughter for christmas. Slime itself €57 and to get it over to Ireland another €20-€25 with DHL. Package arrive in France on 18th Nov and hasnt moved since. Contacted Dhl, they advised package seems to be stuck i needed to contact seller so an investigation can start and get package moving again. So i contacted peachybbies, first of all got michael then micah. This is all done through a message box and they reply via email. Once they have replied which roughly takes 1-2days, they will not pick up and reply again for another 1-2 days. Michael couldnt have been bothered looking into it because to ship to ireland takes 8-25 business days and not to worry this delay is normal!! I replied stating as it was a santa present i cant wait that long and dhl had said the sender needed to push this on. Then micah came back to me saying yes it was stuck in customs, so they will replace it but at this stage if i want it before christmas it has to be expedited and that is at my expense, another €35. I am still waiting on a reply from micah to guarantee me delivery before christmas but as i have put in a complaint my messages are now being replied to a lot slower. Customer support is not up to standard at all and as i am an international customer who has ordered their product well in advance of christmas but they have failed to deliver, they are not in the slightest bit helpful. As it stands i have paid over just shy of €80 and i have nothing to show for it. Have I even been scammed?? I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND
I’ve ordered from them a few times and I really like their product!! There was a mix up with one of my orders but tgey gave me a full refund and sent me the correct slime and let me keep the one they sent originally! The slime does start to get stiff after a few days of not playing with it, but they give instructions in the users manual on how to deal with that, additionally if you play with it often it shouldn’t be an issue.
We all know the slime is perfection, but the customer service is also incredible. I worked with Michael to figure out why UPS wasn’t delivering our sub boxes, and he worked tirelessly to get us very specific answers and a resolution that went above and beyond. Will continue to purchase because of our help from Michael!
The slime is so dang fun!! My 10-year old is in slime heaven 😍 So many different options and pretty fairly priced. Love the subscription box - definitely signed my girl up. We had a couple shipping issues, but Micah and Sierra quickly took care of us. We could not be happier with PeachyBbies - the staff and product 🤩
