At first I was upset because our order was missing the sand that came with pearl diver slime and was missing one out of the three slimes we ordered but they totally made it up to us by sending a whole new pearl river slime and the slime that was missing in the first order. Great customer service!
It takes an absolute age to be dispatched, as in near a week when it makes out it’s in stock ready to go.3 weeks after delivery and it’s a complete mess, we were unable to get it off my daughters hands it’s as if it went off.Definitely won’t be buying again, it’s like an amateur recipe home-based company knocking them out in their kitchen and selling them for way over the odds.
I never review anything, but peachybbies customer service is fantastic. I had the wrong delivery address saved without realizing it and I couldn't change it with USPS. Their customer service rep, Micah very kindly reshipped the order to my current address. They made two little girls very, very happy.
I accidentally forgot to put my house number in when I was buying my first slime and I emailed them and they immediately helped me try to track it and sadly it did get lost, but they were so nice and understanding and they’re sending me a new one to the correct address. Their customer service is so good!
