This is the second time I’ve bought merchandise from you and I think your products are fantastic. The fit for the shorts and shirts are right on for my size (5’9”, 175 lbs; 34 shorts, medium shirts). And the quality is great and the material is really good for summer!
i purchased a safari jacket (i thought i'd ordered a 2XL) and when it arrived i found it was a Small. i called and talked with Gary (if i remember correctly, my apologies if it isn't) and he told me how to return it for an exchange for a 2XL. i received the new correct sized jacket within days. i hope the return has made it safely. excellent customer service
Great customer service and generally great products. I have been wearing Tag clothing on safaris for quite a few years. I just ordered a few new pants and shirts for my next trip and was a bit disappointed. The shirts are great but the new pants are super thin.
