This is the worse company ! Shipping is super slow and the issues with this is that no one responds if you have an issues ! They are liars ! I don’t recommend this store ! On top of that no return policy and you have to pay for it . Since it’s in Europe it’s really expensive
I placed my order and have yet to receive anything, despite sending multiple emails. There is no contact number available, and the delivery service is not providing any clear information, which is absurd in today's world. If others can manage it, why can't the service?

I ordered three items to match but received only two. Getting a refund was a nightmare. They charged my account even though one item was out of stock. I requested free returns for the other two items since it was their mistake, but customer support kept sending me links to pay for returns. Communication was frustrating and delivery was delayed.
It's been 15 days with no delivery, and I sent emails yesterday and today with no response. If my package ever arrives, I will return it due to the delayed delivery. Tracking shows the courier is still waiting for the package. I won't order from this company again; it's a shame because they have nice products, but they never leave the warehouse.
