Many hidden extra costs

Greedy service that charges extra for every bit of service (restoring backup etc.). I cancelled my subscription and they shut down my server almost immediately so I couldn't do a backup.

NEVER buy their VPS

Great minecraft server host but NEVER use them for VPS hosting. Unfortunately someone believed my site was phishing and without investigating they shut down my VPS and blocked me from ever purchasing anything again, including minecraft hosting. They allowed me to recover my files but honestly I expect better from a hosting company.

Support team was always amazing…

Support team was always amazing whenever we had issues, fast and quick fixes. Never judged when I didn't know what they were talking about/issues, and explained in a way where I actually learned from it rather than them just fixing it. so I could know how to fix it going forwards
