Really bad Staff

I’ve been hosting with Pebblehost for TWO DAYS and the support is beyond worthless. The staff, especially “Sam,” act like they know everything, but they’re straight-up clueless liars. My server was spiking with MSPT over 100ms, and yet he had the audacity to claim it was “5–6ms” and not an issue. That’s blatant lying, gaslighting, and complete denial of reality.Everything ran perfectly fine according to Spark Profiler until their server hiccuped, and instead of acknowledging that, Sam kept accusing my mods like a total moron. I even asked him to escalate to someone actually competent, and he couldn’t even manage that. He literally can’t pass the issue to a staff member who knows what they’re doing.Talking to Sam felt like trying to explain calculus to a brick wall. If you want support that ignores your evidence, lies to your face, and makes you question your sanity, he’s your guy. Otherwise, avoid Pebblehost like the plague. Their infrastructure might work, but their support staff will make your life miserable.

terrible policy

terrible policy, i cant refund a service more than once every 6 months even though BOTH times i had a bad experience and decided to try again after the first time. also, having to login and do 2 captchas each time i want to view anything on either the billing panel or game panel is very annoying. i click "remember me" and it still makes me log in.

Good server. Weird logins

The server itself is amazing so far. got a 6gb server and it works very smoothly, even though you must pay a 21%tax of VAT. What is extremly bad is that i cannot log in my pebble host account. it happened twice in two days and the first time after many attempts it worked by changing the password and retrying but today even after that it doesn't work. I put the exact details over and over again. Edit: It appears that the server account, billing account and site account have different login details which is very weird and missleading.
