They left a package in front of my door…

They left a package in front of my door on the street while I wasn't home. In the system they put that it got deliverd in my mailbox. Luckily my neighbour took it inside. It could have easily been stolen.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Tried to deliver 3 times even though i was at home and did not ring the bell or knock. Said neighbors were not home even though they were. They don’t even have a pick-up point, why start a delivery company when you can’t deliver?

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever, i order some small things from aliexpress and on the tracking it says they tried many times to deliver my things but failed. There is absolutely no explanation, just that they failed to deliver it, the address is easy, never had problems with delivery, and somehow they failed not once, but many times. Horrible service, i hope just to get my money back, bcs it pretty clear they are not going to deliver my things, even tho i really wish to get my things, it was for my Halloween costume🥲.I would like also to make it clear that i hate them with all my being and i wish this company the worst, maybe lose a CEO, idk, something bad should happen to them, yes, im petty 🥹

Terrible. I was home the whole day, when they were supposed to deliver my package. No one rang the bell, and the package was nowhere to be found but they calimed it was delivered. I sent an email complaining, but got no response. So disappointing

Unreliable. Abandoned my package.

Poor service. They left my package at the entrance of the building when I was not home and someone stole it. In the delivery notification they wrote that I signed for the delivery and accepted it WHEN IT NEVER HAPPENED. Liars! Do not leave your orders in the hands of these lazy and bad delivery service.

Watch out they are a SCAM!!

they say that they tried to deliver a package and that there was no-one at home 3 times...... twice there was somebody at home and they never pushed the bell. when you trie to contact them about this they say they can't do anything about it and they will send the package back to sender, after 3 weeks it is still not there.Watch out they are a SCAM!!
