Horrible. No humans run the email. The track n trace vague between 9am to 10pm and no up-to-date indication.First attempt: I wasn't home.Second attempt: I was home, doors open and with a note on the window and door. I get an email, no one home. I saw no one come by at all.I requested an address change twice to an well known central city office building that has daily postal, shipping, food delivery services.Address change acknowledged after.Third attempt: Can't deliver cause they try to deliver on a Saturday.Fourth Attempt: I get an email - The address you provide is incorrect. I replied with screen shots and google map links of this well known building's address.I hear nothing back anymore. That was Sept 1st and today is the 9th.No sorry.No follow up.Not even we are returning your package.I think there was never a first attempt.After reading all the horrible reviews, I believe they have lost/stolen my package.Their email is an automated reply and now it feels they have put me into Junk Mail.I have opened up another help desk request from a different email and I only received the same reply.Typically Dutch i don't care customer service and work attitude.
Peddler is used by aliexpress, cheap and impossible. Don't wait for them the whole day, because they will deliver tomorrow. No pick-up point, no time-frame, no communication. This was the last order with aliexpress if i can't exclude Peddler.
I honestly do not even know where to start with Peddler. I ordered online and the retailer decided to use them for delivery. From start to finish it has been a complete disaster. I clearly told them I would not be home and tried to arrange an alternative delivery location or time, but they attempted to deliver my package three times anyway, completely ignoring what I told them. No call, no email, no message. Nothing.After ignoring all my attempts to communicate, they just returned my package without a word. No explanation, no warning, nothing. I emailed them multiple times as they promised, and of course, they never responded. Trying to get any help feels impossible because they act like customer requests do not exist.This is not just bad service, it is reckless and unprofessional. They clearly have zero interest in actually delivering packages safely or keeping customers informed. I had no control over this company being chosen for my delivery, yet I ended up paying the price for their incompetence.If you care about your packages, your time, or just basic common sense, avoid Peddler. They fail at the most basic parts of their job. Listening, communicating, and delivering are clearly not a priority. I cannot stress enough how frustrating this has been.
Peddler should stop operating delivering packages.'Bad' is even a too soft term, Peddler is one of the worst courier companies in the Netherlands.AVOID by all means. If you have something being delivered by them expect to lose your package or have it returned by them to the source.
Suddenly received an email on tuesday like 4pm that they would deliver before 9pm. I was at work, so didn't make it. Then they would deliver wednesday 09:00 AM to 21:00 PM. Twelve hour window. The package was not delivered. Then they would come Thursday. 09:00-21:00. Again, no package. Then they would come Friday. Same story. Right now they say they will come Saturday... we shall see. Insane they expect me to just stay home 4 days for 12h at a time. No work, no grocery shop... nothing. Horrible delivery. No communication. Bad customer service.
Very wide delivery window 9:00 - 21:00. No good feedback on their tracking what is happening with the package. Cancelled at the end of day 1. Let me wait another day. Then on day 3 I sent a message. Only then they send me a restitution message and that the packages was lost.
