Early this year I approached Pemberton to help me buy a second-hand Jaguar I-Pace. Johnny was supportive from the start, assisting me with any enquiries I had made whilst applying no pressure to make any hasty decisions. Buying a car with Johnny gave me the peace of mind that I was able to ask the right questions, understanding everything about any car I was looking at as well as my rights as a buyer. Johnny casts no judgement and was professional and helpful throughout the process.When I did make a decision, Johnny checked everything from the seller was compliant and that the car was genuine. When the car was bought, I had it delivered to me. On arrival, it had been presented appallingly; it was covered in bird mess and silicon spray, with the interior covered in dog hair. Johnny gave the car a meticulous inspection and made sure I totally understood any blemishes/faults which would need correcting should I go ahead with the purchase. From here, Johnny helped me to negotiate a partial refund from the seller to cover costs of cleaning the car thoroughly. Ultimately, I would not have been able to sort this problem out without the assistance of Pemberton and would have been left out of pocket and unhappy; with Johnny’s help, I was able to regain the excitement and happiness of buying a car.I would 100% recommend using Pemberton’s services when buying a car.

Met Jonny for the first time a few days ago, he came to view a car i was looking to sell, had a well informed look around it, made well balanced and respectful comments about the positives and negatives, made an offer, left it with me to consider then when accepted, concluded the deal inc payment and collection within 24hrs.
