I'm pleased with the new roof installed by the team. The only issue was that my original blinds didn’t fit back at the windows. My contact at the office was understanding, and someone came to explain that the blind brackets would fit, although I would need to remove the blinds for window cleaning. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work and the aftercare provided.
I usually hesitate to buy from large companies, but I must commend the team for their fantastic craftsmanship and work ethic after replacing our conservatory roof with a warm roof. The roofers displayed outstanding dedication, working tirelessly for two full days in terrible weather, only pausing briefly for meals. Despite the challenging conditions, they never lost their motivation. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they kept me updated throughout the process. The boarders and plasterers also did an excellent job. Such dedication and professionalism are hard to find. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
