Review Time
So I got scammed into a subscription, I did not authorize being charged that amount of money so I wrote them an email to cancel my subscription because I did not agree to that and then I keep getting emails about my coming up charges, I did not want a subscription because I did not authorize it. I did not sign up for the subscription.
I have no idea how this membership even started. I tried ordering a book and the all of a sudden I had a membership that was withdrawing every 2 weeks. I tried canceling for weeks. The phone number doesn't work.
I came across a small issue and without hesitation the escalation team immediately provided amazing customer service to assist me and provide me with the results I wanted now I am satisfied and all thanks to the escalation team thank you for the great help
These comments about Penrook are fake. This is a total scam company. I will admit that I fell for a fake ad on Facebook for a 75 inch tv from Walmart for only $9.95. I put in my debit card info and hit submit and then everything instantly disappears. I few second after that I got an email from Penrook saying I had won a $25 gift card, but several days after my stupid mistake on Facebook Penrook tried to take money out of my bank account when I never authorized them to do anything. They do provide a number for you to call Penrook, but you will never get a live person on the phone with them. I was lucky that my bank noticed this was fraud and declined all 3 of their attempts to steal money from me. This is a total scam company, never buy anything from them or they will have your personal banking info and try to take money when they feel like it. I don't believe any of the comments from so called customers on this site. Penrook probably paid more scammers to post these fake comments. I have tried to call Penrook everyday for the last week at different times of the day and have never been able to get a live rep on the phone.
Made a purchase and requested to cancel. Didn't take long to hear back. Now to get a refund you are required to leave a review. I believe this should be optional. I usually only leave bad reviews when something is really bad. Or if it stood out as a positive experience.
I ordered a set of colored pencils from the company, but somehow I ended up subscribed, leading to multiple charges on my account. The issue remains unresolved, and I have yet to receive a refund for these charges. To make matters worse, the pencils never arrived. They requested a review in exchange for a refund, but I questioned why I should write a positive review before getting my money back. This situation doesn't make any sense, and I still haven't received any reimbursement.
