They are very communicative and fill all orders in full. If I needed to find out when an order was shipping I can contact customer service and they send the tracking information, even on orders that may not have been filled right away. I will continue to place all of my orders with Peptide Technologies.
They used to be good before they got shut down. This is my first order since theyve "reopened" I Ordered on Nov 1st. Payed $60 for overnight shipping. They haven't even dropped it off to the shipper, despite the website saying "complete." If you contact them about anything to do with shipping, they state that they will permanently ban you. There's no way to contact them. Payed for shipping insurance as well. Their shipping insurance is a third party website that won't let you file a claim due to the product never being shipped. Waste of $300. Stay away.
Horrible business. I have no idea how these guys have this rating on here. If you check Reddit reviews you will see that 90% of feedback is negative with most orders being paid for and never received. No way the “good reviews” on here are from real people. Please do your research before being scammed like me and so many others have been
10/23/25: I finally received my order. The website no longer has the chat feature and gave an email address. I was able to communicate with customer service, though it took a couple of tries. Order came well packaged, but I don't think the extra $3.45 charged for premium insulated packaging is worth it. My order still arrived warm. However, I don't think there was any harm to the product. Perhaps they were having some issues with their site during the time I placed my order. Undecided if I will order from them again. The prices are good. If I do and have continued good experiences then I will update this review. Original review:They processed my payment three days ago but have my order on hold. I have no way of contacting them! The Chat feature on their website is the ONLY way to communicate with them and it has disappeared from their website. Prices look great but now think they are a scam site. I will update this rating if things change.
I have used multiple vendors and Peptide Technologies ranks last for me in quality. Bad reactions at injection sites (like really bad swelling, red, pain and lasting multiple days). I don't want to throw them under the bus but that was good money wasted for me. I would not recommend their product based on my experience.
First and foremost what attracted me to this company is the customer testing program, and I have also up to this point had excellent support regarding more information on the customer testing program as well as payments, shipping, and accounts. Currently they will reimburse a customer who submits a sample (capped vial in my cases) up to 75% of the test cost and 75% of the sample cost, you can find more information on the requirements on their website. Additionally, if the test results in a negative, customer can contact them for remedies. I am soon receiving my first shipment and I will be sending one sample of each to a lab specified by the company, as anyone should do regardless from whom they procure peptides for research. I will continue to follow up on and update this rating subsequent to lab test results.
