I found it impossible to complete the online return because the returns portal simply would not load. Every time I tried to access the page, it either stalled or failed to open at all. I tried repeatedly over several days, refreshed the page, and attempted it on different devices and browsers, but the result was the same. There was no error message or explanation — just a page that would not work — which made the process unnecessarily frustrating from the outset.
After two separate attempts using the chat bot and emailing customer services, I eventually received a return label.
Evri have confirmed they received my return, but eight days later I have still had no acknowledgment or update from Craghoppers, which is very disappointing.
Overall, the returns process feels overly complicated and communication has been poor. I would expect a much smoother system and, at the very least, confirmation once a return has been received.
Nosilife II trousers bought for a trip round Vietnam. Detachable legs sounds good. Within 2 days both waste band buttons had become detached and had to take it to a shop to get replacements . Came a nice warm day and the wind was blowing so no mosquito. Off came the legs for the first time. The sewing on both zips fell apart in my hands.
Product not fit for purpose . Life time guarantee and it didn't last 2 weeks !! Shocking quality.
I placed an order with a company two weeks ago, and there's been no update on the items. My emails to the support team have gone completely unanswered. Be cautious if you order from this company, as your package may be delivered by a third-party service.

I ordered two sizes and both fit perfectly! Sizing can be tricky overall. My partner is the same size and they fit him well too. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.
Unfortunately, after 8 working days since placing my order, it still hasn’t arrived, due to the company's choice of using this courier as their sole option. I've never faced such delays before when they used a different service, and I won't be placing another order unless they consider other delivery options. I would gladly pay extra for a more reliable courier.
