So - I would say this is not really a ‘ski’ brand, it’s a fashion brand. It’s not good enough, technically.
I do like their knitwear though, so it gets a 2 instead of a 1 star. But ski stuff, just not good enough.

I bought the faux leather salopettes - the ribbed knee support is too low and it’s a real pain in the ass. It’s uncomfortable and you have to keep hitching it up.
I saw someone in the faux white leather and she said exactly the same thing about the ribbed knee supports.
Goldbergh do a ribbed knee ski trouser but it’s less rigid and there’s no issue with it.
It’s too long I’m 5.5 bought a M1 10/12. I’d say it was a neat 10.

They are very very flared at the bottoms which is a bit odd.

I hired some stuff too - no ski pass pockets in the arm on the vast majority of their coats which is a huge pain at the lifts.

If you are a proper skier I would not by Perfect Moment, it’s all wrong.
If you just want ski fashion, it’s great.

Not good enough technical qualities for skiing

Expensive product, poor quality

Maya Parka coat is warm and stylish but the quality is poor. After just 1 season (worn for about 2 weeks) the cuffs are very worn and the material in places had pulled. Not what you'd expect from an almost £800 product. If you actually intend to ski (I'm a very average skier) then this is not the product for you.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them! I am waiting for my refund for more than 2 months!!! 😢 I send back the jacket on 4.12. It is very sad how they treat me. The customer service writes that my refund is under investigation. That they were unable to make a refund. It is not true because my credit card is still being used and I regularly gets refunds from different brands. They keep my money and return jackets which is against the law.

Be aware of my experience and consider…

Be aware of my experience and consider avoiding online orders from this company if possible.I returned several items in early December and received proof of delivery. However, I have still not received a refund. When I contacted customer service to ask about the refund status, I was asked to provide the parcel number again. The return was arranged by the company and completed using their prepaid return label, so this information should already be available to them. Since then, I have received no response, and no one has replied to my follow-up messages

Can’t deliver to UK

I have ordered the same item twice and it keeps getting sent back when it gets to customs. It also takes the team 5 days to reply to any correspondence. It has really wound me up as I wanted a certain knitted jumper for a ski trip and now I can’t take it

returns

I emailed about the product on January 11th at 1159/1200am which is 3-4 days outside the return window as I wasn't aware of the strict return policy. It stated they would aim to get an answer in 2 business days and I just heard back on January 23rd. Which is not 2 business days. So the email was lax on the policy but follow it strictly for returns? I don't even want a refund, I just want my wife to have the right size because the medium doesn't fit her or credit to choose something else. The tags are on, it hasn't been worn and is in perfect condition. I don't understand why 3 days after the window it is impossible to have any wiggle room. What are we supposed to do with $500 worth of clothes that don't fit? The customer service email just said we can't do anything. In any other industry, we would try and help out and it just feels so dismissive.

No customer happiness
Poor returns

Poor returns. Sent back in time. Package has been delivered. Told to wait 14 days but nothing. Having read reviews will flag to Amex and block this.

Terrible

Purchased goods which never turned up. Eventually refunded 6 weeks later. I ended up £50 out of pocket due to exchange fees which they will not reimburse. Absolutely disgusting. Do not order from these people.
