We had a slight inclination on our patio, but John and his team worked around it to deliver our Pergola. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional, not responsive. Order arrived for delivery via pergola tech and is sat with them for a week with no customer contact to notify delivery timing. Not able to select delivery date/time window. Complete black box of a process. Will not ever use this company again.
Great experience, great product, the guys clearly know their stuff, it was assembled quickly and they cleared up after themselves. (I was looking at the massive pile of cardboard thinking how am I going to get that to the tip! The next minute I looked and it was gone!) hard working team. Thank you to Gary, Conor & John.
