Very disappointing, will not bother using them again. Asked for a quote for a 10mm thick rectangle perspex block (100mm x 180mm) which will have a small triangle removed from the top so it slants down. They took 3 days to respond and John Sales Advisor emails me saying "Thakn you for your email, sorry we only do sheets cut to size as per the website." Obviously doesn't use spell check prior to emailing and the company doesn't live up to their website logo "Perspex cut to size any shape, any colour."
A frame with glass had fallen off the wall and the glass was broken. I could not eat finding a location where I could buy a new glass pane for a reasonable price.Perspex appeared a few times, online, so I purchased a pane (48/73) and t was delivered within a reasonable piece.I just had to try this.It turns out what I needed; not heavy, a glass-like look and strong.Thank you,Henri
Totally let down .. my order arrived on the 10th November totally the wrong sizes. Multiple phone calls to resolve the issue. When I finally got through, I was spoken too in a completely unprofessional manner. Then sent multiple emails and guess what … I’m still waiting for a resolution.. I didn’t want to do this . But I feel like I’ve been completely mugged off
