Damaged items recieved, seller ignores and unable to contact

Acrylic sheets, all arrived damaged (full breaks, and multiple little pieces broken, plus uneven). Thin cardboard packaging. Sheets have terrible cuts also. I have contacted the seller multiple times for a collection and refund as per consumer rights. They have ignored me multiple times to which I have no choice to charge back.Not the only one and multiple people having the same issues. Check other reviews and forums about them.Do not use, not worth the stress and time wasting.

Perfect arrived quickly even with standard delivery i was unsure at first after reading review but honestly don't let them put you off arrived perfect condition very well packed and great customer service i don't see what people problem is i will be using again highly recommended from me Wayne

Terrible customer service when item arrives damaged

Placed 2 orders previously with no issues. Placed a new order for a project over the BH weekend. It arrived on time but was heavily scratched and scored! Immediately sent photos and asked for it to be collected and refunded as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty items. They chose to ignore my request and send me a new one I no longer had use for as the date I needed it for had gone. They're denying they have to provide me a refund. Under consumer law for faulty goods, they do. Official letter sent and charge back initiated. Still waiting for the damaged piece to be collected as I will not be disposing of it at my own cost.

Horrendous

Placed an order for single sheet of perspex. Was advised a delivery timeslot of Monday 9am to Tuesday 7pm. The delivery company was called shift. The tracking number received didn't work. I was advised to contact if it hadn't been delivered within a further two days. Still not delivered , phoned them, but just an answering machine. My advice, stay clear of this company.

First Class Customer Service

The first Perspex sheet for a garden table was delivered smashed at the edge due to delivery company, so informed Perspex Sheet uk and they sent me a replacement 2 days later.Very happy with the customer service and product is excellent it looks like glass.

Replaced quickly

Ordered a clear perspex sheet, with sanded rounded edges. 1st order arrived with a chip due to damage in transit. Emailed them with photo & replacement sent very quickly, no issues, packaged better, and it's just what we wanted.
