Update - after submitting this review I was told a replacement would be sent along with a refund of 50% both of which I've now received. The replacement is much better, so I'm now more than satisfied. I ordered a perspex sheet for my table and it arrived within a week which I was pleased about but on opening it found the curved corners very scuffed and unsightly. I emailed a complaint on 21.05.25 with pictures and asked for it to be replaced without curves so it doesn't happen again. I received a reply next day saying someone would contact me but I've heard nothing since. I am extremely disappointed considering the cost and I want it either replaced or a refund so I hope someone will finally contact me
I ordered glass lookalike acrylic sheet. It was delivered quite quickly and was well packed but unfortunately there aregreen blobs and a green line clearly visible around the edges where it’s not been polished correctly. I’ve tried polishing out with Vuplex spraybut they appear to be inside the acrylic and created by a rough edge. They look awful. I Did ask for the edges to be polished and buffed at extra cost but It looks poorly finished. The customer services line is a premium number so I’ve attempted to complain via email. No reply. Disappointed customer £36 wasted. The product should be replaced and finished properly, bitterly disappointed with my treatment so far. I’m hoping this review will be read and acted upon.
I ordered a “Glass-Like” sheet from Perspexsheet.co.uk, expecting a premium finish — especially for the price. What I received had appallingly rough, uneven edge polishing that looked nothing like the quality advertised.After two weeks and multiple messages chasing a response, they finally admitted the quality was unacceptable. But why did it take so long? Why did I have to send so many emails just to be heard? There was no urgency, no apology, and no proactive effort to put things right.It’s a textbook case of expensive, poor quality, and terrible customer service. Very disappointing experience overall.Update; Finally Chris O'Reilly reached out and sorted the whole situation. Things go wrong in life, but if someone takes responsibility and apologises, then that very commendable. A happy ending.
Awful company , don't reply to emails and use computer problem as the reason they haven't cut my pieces yet. its been 4 weeks since ordering. They've got my money and tomorrow I will be cancelling order then trying to get my money back. let see if I get my money back. I urgently need this to finish off my bathroom and so angry
I am writing as a very dissatisfied customer regarding my recent order for a custom clear Perspex sheet, which I paid for with express delivery. Over a week later, the order has still not arrived. I called to follow up and was assured it would be delivered within the next two days — that deadline has come and gone, and I’m still waiting.Since then, I’ve tried calling multiple times a day, to both sales and customer service, with no success — every call goes to voicemail, and no one has had the courtesy to call back. I’ve also sent numerous emails, none of which have received any response.Frankly, it’s unacceptable. It feels as though the entire team has vanished — perhaps off on a team-building retreat — while customers are left completely in the dark. My business, including the opening of our restaurant, is now on hold because of this delay, and the lack of communication is nothing short of shocking.At this point, I have lost all confidence in your company. I would never consider using your services again, and I will certainly be advising others to do the same.I expect an immediate update on my order and a full explanation for this appalling level of service.
I bought 4 mirrors for my commercial gym and when they arrived and we had them professionally fitted the mirrors were completely warped and not fit for purpose at all. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the customer service team to get a refund and I can never get in touch with them!! I have spoken to one person once who told me I would get an answer within the day but I never did. I have tried calling and emailing over and over and not getting any response. The service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The mirrors are not fit for purpose and definitely not good enough for a gym setting despite what their website says. I will not be using this company again. If you are looking to buy mirrors find another company!
