Wont stick to their return policy. Return policy says to email proof and details to their email, which hilariously enough actually does not exist. I then went ahead and contacted them via livechat, strangely enough, no response. I then contacted them via Instagram, this time, I could see they viewed my message but chose not to respond. Terrible service.
We ordered a bandana for our American Bulldog, who is a large dog. The bandana was adorable, but it’s much too small for this boy’s giant neck lol. The product itself was great, delivered quickly, and was in good condition. Just too small for our big baby.
