Review Time
I have tried to email customer service twice but the emails just bounce back. I ordered an item on 23rd November and have not received it yet (7th December). Tracking just says they are waiting for the parcel. Order #PDUK180122 Will just have to call my cc provider for refund. What a waste of time!
Like a Christmas idiot I placed an order with this company before checking reviews. Like everyone else I also believed they were based in the UK. When I hadn’t received any tracking info after a few days only then did I read reviews. And panicked. However, my order was delivered after a couple of weeks and I received exactly what I’d expected so no complaints from me. But I did subsequently discover that I could have bought the exact same items from SHEIN or Temu at a much lower price.
I ordered two cat harnesses - sizing based on the guidance on the Pet Dreams website. When the harnesses arrived, they were too small for my cats. I realised that this company are not located in the UK but in Austria. Under EU and UK law, suppliers should provide a full refund for incorrectly supplied products, including covering the return postage. However, Pet Dreams refused to take responsibility. I paid about a 3rd of the total price to return the items. The parcel got held up in Austrian Post, which requested further information from Pet Dreams. I eventually I got a refund, but overall a very frustrating process. I would NOT recommend using this company.
