Where do I even begin? Poor quality and long delivery times. The toy I got for my dog was destroyed in under 2 minutes, with the squeaker removed almost immediately. The threads posed a choking hazard. I got another toy that also looks poorly made. I should have known better after a previous purchase that was flimsy. Avoid this company at all costs.
I have not received my order yet; it has been in transit for a long time. It claims to be a local company, but it clearly acts as an agent for low-quality products. I wish the misleading advertising could be stopped, as no one knows what they are actually buying.
You get what you pay for. I ordered two harnesses that took 17 days to arrive, and they were poor-quality imitations. I wish I had checked the reviews and trusted my instincts. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I have since ordered a proper harness from another retailer that arrived the next day.
Ordered an interactive ball toy for my dog which is confirmed in the order confirmation email that's it's a dogs toy. Took receipt after weeks of waiting for it this evening I'm a flimsy little box that was destroyed and states that the toy is a cats toy. Won't be ordering from here again. Absolute crap and false advertising!!
This company is awful! I bought 2 dog harnesses. I used the measurement guide and they arrived and are far to big for my dogs. One of the harnesses's are faulty the clip to secure arrived broken. They have a velcro removable strip which are personalised and because of this they wont exchange the products. I explained I carefully measured my dogs in order to get the right size. No returns available. Money wasted
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company! Like many others, I assumed from the name that this was a UK based company. Item took 2 weeks to arrive, badly damaged, very poor quality and not working as advertised. I have emailed for a refund, as their website suggests and have had no reply. Commented on a Facebook post of theirs and no reply. I'm guessing this is a lesson learnt! I'll now sit and await a useless generic response from Carmel telling me to do exactly what I've already done!! *UPDATE*And there it is! Generic, useless reply from Carmel! If you'd actually bothered reading my review, you will see I've already contacted customer service for a refund. I have had a generic reply, offering me a replacement.. I asked for a refund, I don't want another crap replacement. I've also opened a case with PayPal, highlighting the fact this is a scam company
