I've been using this insurance for many years and couldn't be more satisfied. I usually rent a car monthly, and this coverage has been very effective. I had to use it once when I discovered a scratch after my rental. The rental company charged me over 300 euros, but after some documentation, the worldwide insurance reimbursed me in full. I highly recommend it since insuring through the rental company would have been very expensive. It's also a fantastic option for covering family members living with you.
I rate the car hire insurance 5 stars based on my experience so far. I couldn't select 4.75 stars. The real test will be during a claim, however. They emailed me for renewal, but I struggled to reach them by phone, only hearing music, so I docked half a star. I emailed my phone number and policy details, and they called me back, earning back a quarter star.

There was no long wait, and the representative promptly handled our address change. Although the insurance was slightly more expensive with an EU address than a UK one, it remains a bargain compared to rental company charges.
