Parcel left on the street

The delivery driver left my parcel on the street while I was at home. He did not ring the doorbell or attempt to call me.My house has a gate clearly showing the house number and street name, and there is a designated space for parcel deliveries inside my property. I genuinely do not understand why the parcel was left outside on the street, where anyone could have taken it.I contacted both the shipping company, providing the tracking number and the name of the delivery driver, and Petstop as well. If I were them, I would reconsider their delivery partner.I’m not sure I will order again unless I absolutely have to.Aside from this issue, the website works well and they offer a good range of pet products. The food selection is average; for my cats I usually prefer to order German or Italian mono-protein wet food brands.
