I ordered two neck braces. They processed the order. your company sent me notifications that our order had been shipped.You then contacted me and said we are processing your credit.I contacted the company left a message and said what has happened when I really want this product.Nobody returned my call.Waiting for my credit card statement to see if I have a credit, but I'm very disappointed with the service. Somebody could've notified me that the product wasn't available. I'm not sure what happened.Regards,Teresa
Package never made it to me even though I put the correct mailing address. When I reached out to them and LinkedIn we had back and forth conversation about my package arriving as they had said that it had been delivered but I have a camera in the camera never showed anybody to deliver my package so they sent the package back. The last update that I have is that it's been delivered to Surrey,BC. I also noticed that I have not heard anything on the follow up of where my package is and when it will be delivered. I'm going to request a refund
