I received emails confirming this and a message from the courier stating they were waiting for the parcel. However, it's now been 8 days, and the courier is still waiting. I have emailed them three times without any response, which is unusual. If I don't hear back or receive my parcel, I will certainly escalate this to reclaim my money.
