I bought the Remescar eye bags dark circles, eye contour cream, the cleansing water and micro-needling patches. I must say I’m really impressed especially with the instant results of the ‘eyes bags dar circles’ formula! It did exactly what it said it would and my bag could not be seen. I find the day cream to be brilliant as well, hydrates my under eye really well and I can see visible improvements since I’ve been using it. Great products and worked for me.
I purchased the Remescar EYE BAGS DARK CIRCLES. Not only is it a very bad quality product that leaves white crusty residue, no matter how little product you use. But I also had a bad allergic reaction to the product. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach out to their customer service via the online contact form and via email, but I have heard absolutely nothing back from them! Obviously I can only urge potential new customers to NOT buy from them. It seems like a money scam.

I am still waiting on my order, and—like many other customers—have received no replies to my emails and there is no alternative way to contact the company.I emailed them three times and have yet to receive a single response.I ordered two different products:1 Instant Wrinkle Corrector1 Sagging Eyelids productHowever, I received two Sagging Eyelids products instead.I requested either the correct item to be sent or a refund. In any case, I should be able to return the incorrect item and receive my money back.For the record, the Sagging Eyelids product is completely ineffective and a waste of money.
