Absolute trash that takes a month or more to arrive, if it does. Super expensive and not at all what you think you ordered. Shouldn’t be allowed to do business in the USA. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS TRASH SITE - NO NO NO NO NO!!! They are NOT in the USA. Total scam.
If there was a negative rating they would get it. I purchased kids swim goggles. 4 pairs. When used underwater the vision is distorted. I have 7 emails back n forth with them. Long story short, they are refusing to give me a refund, won't give me a return address to their "China warehouse" their words, offered me $10 and I paid $58. I googled the address and google states this, "Several online sources list Inherenta with a US address: 3906 Saints Alley, 33602, Tampa, United States. The website associated with this address is inherenta.com." Googled address, no such street in Tampa. Fake address too.However, there's also a mapping entry for "Inherenta" (using a slightly different spelling) in Beijing, China, which seems to belong to an architecture firm called Woods Bagot: China, Beijing, Chaoyang, E 3rd Ring Middle Rd, 39号院-23建外SOHO东区B座903 邮政编码: 100020, CN. I reported them to Econsumer.gov and the Federal Trade commision. I had my bank cancel my card and they are now pursuing a refund, which my bank did give me a refund but I do believe that is from them not from the company. The company however did end up giving me $13 refund only because my receipt was for $42.17 and they charged me $58.72. SCAM for sure.
Is there a way to leave 0 stars? They forgot the gas can I ordered and only sent the nozzle. Refused to send the gas can due to cost of shipping and told me to keep the nozzle and refunded me 5 dollars, which left me with a nozzle I couldn't use and out 25 bucks. Said this was the best they could do. Terrible company to make me pay for their mistake. Took 5 weeks for nozzle to arrive too. Also the order confirmation said the total would be 21.62 but they ended up charging 29 and some change. Horrible company
Ordered eight gas cans and received eight silly spouts and had to wait 2 months for them. I have stainless steel spouts that I can't use because I don't have the cans to go with them. This company is a total scam. Don't buy from them! If you do you were warned
Yeah, I got bit by these scammers too. Ordered 1 spout and 2 gas cans and got 3 spouts which are totally useless without the gas cans. Offered me a $2 and $3 refund for an $80 order and said the items I got was what I ordered even though I have a copy of the original order which shows differently. Totally useless Chinese company!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. It's a fraud that will produce advertisements. Show a product and what you get. In the mail is not anything about what you had even after letting them know and letting them complain them and asking for a refund. They refuse and insult. You so do not do not. What's the way we're by anything from this company? They owe a fraud and a scam.
