Product failed advertise a lifetime warranty. Followed all guidance on there website and filled in form over two weeks now. No response and just met with silence. Avoid

Item is never delivered

I ordered an item. According the mail I received from Gravgoods, the item is delivered and signed for it. Although… the item has never delivered.I send a mail to Gravgoods. The only thing I got in return was an automated answer. Next thing was through the website but I never get an answer.I ordered more items at Gravgoods and they went perfect. It was a Christmas gift for someone so I was double frustraties en dissapointed.

the jelly fish lamp was way too loud and doesnt run for more than e few minutes before it shouts off.not worth it, all all. And no respons from customer service. SHITTY COMPANY AND SHITTY PRODUCT UNFORTUNATELY
