Review Time
I recently ordered two mural wallpapers from Photowall for two separate feature walls. Both designs are beautiful and really transformed the rooms. The colors and overall quality look great once installed.
However, there was a noticeable difference between the two installations. One mural came together almost seamlessly, while on the other wall you can still see a fine line where the panels meet. My installer also noticed the difference and expected the seams to match as well as the first one.
Shipping also took a bit longer than I anticipated, although everything arrived safely in the end.
Overall, I’m very happy with the look of the murals and the impact they make in the rooms. I’m planning to order another mural soon and would love to see the same seamless result as the first wall.

Delivery is slow. I ordered on the 9th november and the product has not arrived on the 17th november or even left for delivery. Two calls to customer services. The last has told me that delivery times only start when the product has been printed. Despite the claim at the top of the invoice quote ''Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 days and delivery is always free.'' What should be clear, is that delivery timings do not start until the product has been printed and it is that that takes 3 days.
I cannot fault the delivery or communication from the company, that was excellent. However, I spent over £800 on a large image to go up my stairs. The image is extremely blurred, there is no warning that this would happen if you ordered a large print. I put it up anyway hoping it would look better on the wall, it doesn't. I hate it, it looks like a child's drawing, so now im going to have to change it. Extremely disappointed and out a hell of a lot of money. The very definition of an expensive mistake.
