I was charged €49.90 by Pictoart without my authorization. I did not purchase anything, I did not agree to any service, yet they still took the money. I requested an immediate refund and received no response. This feels like a complete scam. If they do not return my money, I will file a formal dispute with my bank and report it to the proper authorities. I absolutely do not recommend trusting this website.

They steal your money. They charge 10 cents to create a photo acceptable for a passport application. Steal you card information and without your permission subscribe you to their site and steal $49 the next. I’ve sent 5 emails, they keep ignoring me. This site needs to be investigated.
Verified scam. They trick you into thinking that a £0.10 payment grants you access to edit a photo, but then they improperly obtain your data to charge you another £49.90. Obviously, they don't provide this information during the payment transaction, making it a completely fraudulent charge that can be claimed. I’ve tried contacting the company, it’s a scam, they ignore you.
