Verified scam. They trick you into thinking that a £0.10 payment grants you access to edit a photo, but then they improperly obtain your data to charge you another £49.90. Obviously, they don't provide this information during the payment transaction, making it a completely fraudulent charge that can be claimed. I am taking appropriate legal action if I don't receive a response soon. I will keep you updated here and on all the platforms I find to report and warn others about PICTOART.NET. I’ve tried contacting the company, it’s a scam, they ignore you.

Purchased at £0.10 then they removed money a second time at £29 not a trusted company I have reported to the bank as fraud don't trust them please.

Obviamente en la transacción del pago no ofrecen esa información, con lo cual es totalmente reclamable como cargo fraudulento. Estoy tomando las medidas legales oportunas, si no me dan una contestación en breve. Os mantendré informados por aquí y por todas las plataformas que estoy encontrando para dencunciar y avisar de PICTOART.NET.

I payed 0,1 euro for 1 picture, at least I thought!

I payed 0,1 euro for 1 picture, at least I thought! . But half day later, they charge you 49 euro... I emailed them to get a refund, and they are not reacting to it. Avoid this site!

its a scam

its a scam. they make it seem like you could use their tool for 10ct per picture but if you put your payment method they will subscribe you to their monthly subscribtion which costs 50€!!! per month. ridiculous. don´t fall for this
