They are running two sites westmidlandscarparts.co.uk and carpartspanels.co.uk, buying anything with them means you're simply risking your money. Been trying to get a refund for longest time, they shift blame towards the payment processor and to the bank.

Avoid at all costs!My car was brought here after my car accident under the instruction that I was to retrieve my personal belongings from the car. However, when I went to get my things, I noticed that three items were missing. The only people with access to the car were the employees.
Bought headlight for £377 2 months later weather changed and headlight turned out to be faulty filling with condensation and blew headlight bulb. Not fit for purpose as will keep filling with condensation. They refuse to replace damaged headlight so plz plz give them a miss or you will lose you money like I have
I purchased a new bonnet and bumper for my T5 and made a 400 mile round trip to collect. Paint work was poor, patchy and scuffed. Bumper damaged and held in place with screws. Really unsatisfactory workmanship and WMCP had no accountability whatsoever. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!
