I chose the advertised 1-2 day delivery service, but after 3 or 4 days, my order is still missing. My emails to the support team have gone unanswered. Overall, this experience has been quite disappointing, and I cannot recommend this service.
Terrible experience - the countdown when ordering indicated it would ship the same day if ordered within 5 hours. I’ve emailed, called, and messaged on social media with no response. I paid extra for next working day delivery, and it still hasn't shipped after 3 days. Very upsetting as this was for a special gift, and now it may not arrive on time.
