I had changed my mind after my initial order and tried to cancel immediately afterwards. I was told to return it and so after receiving it, I then tried to return it by contacting the company several times, with responses, but they are delaying sending me the return label. Dealing with Flo Pilates has been a very arduous experience and a very unpleasant one. I have never had such difficulty receiving a label for a return. I believe they are deliberately delaying the process. They do not want to refund customers their money. They should not do this to customers—it’s wrong. My initial order was placed on June 14. It is now almost a month later, and I still have not even been able to return the merchandise because they have not given me the label/return instructions as requested. The last customer service representative that contacted me promised to “promptly send me return instructions” if I decided not to keep it. I replied that I had and still wanted to return the merchandise. I still have not received return instructions. This is unacceptable. I request a return for a refund for my order #70745. I have contacted via email many times. Please initiate my return so that I may be able to have my refund. Thank you!*Update*Thank you for sending the return instructions. Now I can begin the return process.
I love that it folds in half, I have a tiny apartment so it works out great. I love that the app gives you workouts to follow and its free! The exercises are easy to follow, I am a complete beginner. The board seems to be made of sturdy construction and comes with arm bands and a soft yoga mat for your knees. So far I love it!
Easiest platform to use, easy to put accessories together and easy to take accessories off. Love how it save spaces in my tight condo by folding the platform. I am mostly excited to start exercising with Flo Pilates Ball and get myself in better shape before I use the platform more often.
I love the ease of the portable reformer, its never a problem to set it up and get a good workout. It is a good workout, it can be very challenging! Customer service was available and helpful. Love everything about my experience.
Updated Review:I originally left a negative review due to a frustrating experience trying to return a product I had accidentally shipped to the wrong address. I spent days trying to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and was caught in a loop with customer service agent Amanda, even after agreeing to pay for return shipping myself. The situation was escalated, but I didn’t receive a timely response, which left me incredibly disappointed.However, I want to acknowledge that Anna Taylor eventually stepped in and handled things with professionalism and courtesy. She took care of the return process and ensured the product was returned free of charge, which I truly appreciated after all the back and forth.While my initial experience was far from ideal, I believe it’s important to give credit where it’s due. Anna’s assistance helped resolve the issue, and her thoughtful approach deserves recognition.
