The mini reformer is a bit cheap but does its job and I intend to keep it, I wouldn’t recommend it if you weigh less than 110lbs as it pushes around for me a bit at 120lbs. Socks came great and the free 14-day trial gives you access to an app that feels under development. The $25 Gift Card that sealed the deal for me, I did not receive and reached out to them about it, and after multiple emails back and forth they proceeded to tell me it’s actually a 25% off $100+ code. They said “We absolutely appreciate your feedback and are working with our team to make sure future gift card promotions are communicated more transparently.” when I brought up full transparency in advertising. PLEASE BUY OFF AMAZON!!!!———Update: They read my review here on trust pilot and offered me a longer trial, the $25 gift card with no catch and an apology 10%off my original purchase. I only took the refund and I’m giving them an extra star solely because Anna Taylor in their support team was very kind to me and very quick with responses dealing with my frustrations promptly with what resources she could.
I had no intention of giving a 5 star review, my initial impression of the company wasn't the best. My shipment came in two separate orders delivered a couple days apart but the tracking info said it had been delivered. Finally I got all of my stuff and the product itself is wonderful and exactly what I wanted and needed. Setting up an account on the app was a nightmare because it was a gift and they only allow customers to sign up. They do have a box to check saying it was a gift and you enter the buyer's email and the order number. Never worked, and ontop of that the $25 gift card was never received, and charged for the first month of app subscription even though no account was created at all. They just charged his card because it was on file. Needless to say by the time I went to email customer service I was beyond frustrated, angry even. Thankfully Sia Robin really did an outstanding job not only addressing and acknowledging my frustration, but having great solutions for them. Because Sia Robin was able to help me and fix the problems I am sore today because I was actually able to get into the app and learn how to use my portable pilates reformer and start the "Ignite and Tone" program.Long review short; I love the product already and it is just what I was looking for. I love the customer experience received from Sia Robin, it's such a rarity these days and she's a real big factor in my review being 5 and not 1. I really do hope that whoever reads and responds to these makes sure her boss knows how great she is and isn't just saying what a valued member of the team she is or that she is a star on the team. I don't need to hear that, she does. 😊
The machine is easy to lift; it doesn't take much space; but most of all, it gives you a great work-out. In fact, I didn't realize how out of shape I was until working out with this equipment. Now I cannot get enough! I even bought my daughter one!
I love what Pilatesflo has done for home use, it's great! I've waited so long to find an affordable way to do Pilates in my own home and Pilatesflo is the one who's made that happen. My reformer makes it a pleasure to work out at home, thank you, Pilatesflo!!!
I was excited to try this reformer, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. It’s not intuitive to use and kept sliding around while I worked out, which made it feel unstable and frustrating.I felt good about making this pricey purchase because of their 99-day return policy, which clearly says you can return it if you’re “simply not satisfied with your order.”After a lot of back and forth with customer service—asking me to send videos of the product sliding, suggesting I give it to a friend (??), and offering a small refund (15%) to just keep it—they finally sent me the return instructions. The process was ridiculously complicated and required sending all four items back in separate packages with separate tracking, even though three of them were part of a free bundle and shipped together. It's clear the return process is intentionally difficult to get people to give up. In the end, I took a 20% refund just to avoid the hassle.I’d recommend being absolutely sure before you buy, because returning it isn’t a real option.
