Review Time
I ordered a product on August 7th. The order is clearly lost. I have literally emailed this company at least 15 times over the past week requesting order updates. Not only have I not received any response, they automatically changers my card for a 30 day subscription renewal for a product that I still do not have. So disappointed. There is not even a phone number listed on their website to contact.
I ordered a reformer weeks ago with a 5-9 day shipping window. I have not seen it. I have not heard anything about it. I have contacted customer service every day for a week and have not received a response. I cannot find a phone number. I don’t know if I’ll ever receive my $800 reformer.
The team who i dealt with are extremely helpful and replied to my emails very quickly. Unfortunately the delivery is awful and my order never got despatched after about 3 weeks. Because of this I cancelled my order. Now waiting for my refund so fingers crossed I get that without too much hassle.
I had a prompt and very helpful response from Sia Robin when I got a charge for the app prior to activating my account since I had been traveling. She was great, very responsive and took care of it with no issues. My friends are raving about Flo and what it’s doing for them, so I can’t wait to start using it. Very happy with the customer service experience.

Totally deceptive business practices!I'm now stuck with a bunch of useless pieces of plastic. I'll be reporting their bait and switch everywhere I can. I purchased the Reformer with the understanding I would get a year free membership with it. Never got membership. Contacted them and they said sorry about that but you can enjoy a 30 day free trial then pay a monthly fee. Item is nothing spectacular and definatly a waste of money!
BEWARE - deceptive advertising practice. The app is NOT free. They give you a 14-day trial, and then you have to pay $9.99 per month. It is also cheaply made (slides all over every surface I've tried) I'd give this one a pass! EDITED TO ADD: I asked to return (they have a 99 day return window), and now I'm being ghosted. Don't believe these "responses" they aren't sincere.
