Review Time
The hoodie is well-made and looks great. However, I can’t comment on its durability since it hasn’t been washed or used yet. It was a birthday gift for 12/14. After over 10 days of waiting, we received the package on Dec. 1st, but the box was damaged. I reached out to customer service, and they promised to send a new box for the hoodie. Now it’s December 19th, and we still haven’t received anything. I inquired about the box on the 15th, but received no response. Since we missed the birthday, it will now be a Christmas gift in a torn box... so much for the 'unboxing experience' they promote. Due to the delays and frustration, I cannot provide a better rating.
This company has failed miserably in terms of customer experience, support, shipping, and overall decency. First, the products are grossly overpriced! Fine, the kids want them. We ordered, and nearly two months later, I still don’t have my item because they can’t manage basic delivery. When I requested expedited shipping for a re-shipment, they refused. They make no concessions for their repeated failures. Just look for another clothing brand. It’s not worth the hassle, believe me! You might find nothing more frustrating than a company selling an overpriced $90 sweater made with poor-quality fabric. It's just another gimmick. They limit online reviews for a reason, knowing their company wouldn’t survive six months if customers could easily share their experiences.
Ordered this a week before our granddaughter's birthday...not only is this product way over priced for a sweatshirt but it's 4 weeks later and still hasn't shipped!!...you'd think a company who mesmerizies youth with "you gotta have this" could at least have inventory to meet the over the top demand they are creating...sad they can't meet the supply and demand of little girls dreams in a decent time frame
Scam, do not order!!!I have ordered hoodie for my daughter from the website. After 30 days I received message that item has been delivered. I was working from home and NEVER did received anything from this company!!!I complained to them but they just replied with photo from some unidentified item in front of some building apartment (I live in the house).Scammed me for 75 EUR, don’t repeat my mistake!!!
Amazing quality and so comfortable I wear this hoodie all of the time. Only took 4 days to deliver despite being shipped from the U.S which has a history of having long delivery wait times. The embroidery is so beautiful and you can tell that a lot of thought and effort was put into the design. Amazing experience. Will be ordering again soon.
