Review Time
Overall good experience considering the time it took to get through technical and logistical issues. The website/uploading was not being compatible with my phone and then I was unable to make a purchase due to a website glitch that took several days to get a response on how to fix. Once I got going the design process was great. Unfortunately my books were very poorly packaged for delivery and several were damaged. Customer service immediately responded and agreed to reprint them for me immediately. I love the look and design for the price and will definitely be ordering more. Just hope the technical issues stay minimal.
Absolutely love my two books! Picture quality is amazing and the website was so easy to work with. Only minor suggestion would be stronger shipping packaging. My package arrived with a dented box, so one of my pages came with a crease in it due to getting folded over.
Quite complicated beginning with a few mistakes linked to the production, but then, the customer service was excellent and I finally received them in a perfect condition. It was my first order, as a trial, but I already started 3 new books that I will order soon. I recommend this company and appreciated their customer service.
I recently made a Holiday book and ordered three copies. The copies came but two were dented due to the packaging not being sufficient. I had a few emails backwards and forwards with an offer to provide one free new book or a 20% discount on the next order, which I declined. I insisted I wanted two replacement books and they came through with it which I was very happy with. The actual book is nicely presented. Good quality and reasonably easy to do on your phone. Probably it would be easier to do on a laptop next time but mostly I was impressed with the communication and positive result of the issue about damage. I will certainly be using them again for my next Holiday photo book.
