Pixory's customer service is absolutely incredible! I recently moved and didn't realize until after I placed my order that I put my old mailing address. Gabrielle emailed me back right away from their support and got in contact with the shipping department to change my address. It was such a smooth experience and I can't wait for my husband to get our photo book!

The interface is super easy to use, the designs were simple to adjust to fit my needs. This is my second time using them. The quality of the book is incredible for the price! I can’t get over how easy it was and now we’ll have these memories for a lifetime.
I recently created a photo album of my latest holiday. The process of creating my photo album was super easy, and the delivery was fast. Once the album arrived, there was slight damage on the front. I contacted the team and spoke to a lovey member called Keisha, she was amazing and very professional. She straight away offered me multiple options to resolve the issue and it was solved straight away. I’m very happy with the company and its service. I will definitely be buying from Pixory again!
Such a user friendly website! Having different option to upload pictures was great and all worked well! Designing my book was also super user friendly, I had a blast creating my pages and such! Shipping is a little expensive but it’s also so fast! I agree with other reviews about packaging, I did have a little dent in my book when it arrived. Overall, I absolutely love the product and already have a few projects on the go! :)

I made a photo book of a recent trip. Pixory was very easy to use. I uploaded the pictures from my phone and then used my laptop to create the layout.I was also super impressed with their customer service as they helped trouble shoot a problem with my delivery which was not at all their fault and they didn't need to help out but they kindly assisted. The support team always responded the next day and were extremely helpful.I look forward to receiving my photo book and ordering more!
