🇮🇹 ITALIANO:Devo dire che all’inizio ero un po’ scettica su Pixory: vedevo tante sponsorizzazioni e poche recensioni, quindi avevo paura fosse una truffa. Ho deciso comunque di provare e… meno male!Il sito non è stato subito semplicissimo, qualche volta l’editor mi si è bloccato e ho dovuto rifare da capo (un po’ frustrante), però nel complesso è facile da usare. La vera sorpresa è stato il servizio clienti: non avevo ricevuto la mail di conferma, li ho contattati e mi hanno risposto sempre in poche ore, super gentili e disponibili, nonostante il fuso orario. Davvero un punto a favore.Quando è arrivato il fotolibro, la mia paura era che la qualità fosse bassa… invece le foto sono stampate benissimo! Il libro è un po’ più sottile di come appare nelle pubblicità (credo dipenda anche da quante pagine si scelgono), ma il risultato finale è davvero bello e curato.Insomma, ero partita scettica e invece sono rimasta molto soddisfatta: ottima qualità e assistenza clienti impeccabile. I decided to give it a try anyway, and I’m really glad I did!The website wasn’t super easy at the beginning — the editor froze a couple of times, which was frustrating — but overall it’s intuitive and simple to use. What really impressed me was the customer service: I didn’t get a confirmation email, so I reached out, and they always replied within a few hours. Super kind, super helpful, even with the time zone difference.When the photo book arrived, I was honestly surprised by the quality. It’s a bit thinner than I expected from the ads (probably depends on the number of pages), but the print quality of the photos is excellent. Even though the editor had flagged some errors, everything was printed perfectly.In the end, I went from being doubtful to being very happy with my order. Great quality, amazing customer service — definitely recommend!
This is already my second order on their site and the books are very beautiful and of great quality. It’s a really nice souvenir for each vacation. Their customer service is also very efficient, I recommend ! My package had a problem and it was taken care of, returned very quickly and without problems. The team is lovely and their work is quality.
The website is really easy to use with great features to design a truly personalised photo album. We created our wedding album using Pixory’s online designer tool and we’re delighted with the results. Whilst you can personalise as much as you like, their templates make it so much easier. Would completely recommend for a really professional looking album.
