I’ve been creating some photo books to give as to 4 of my friends as their graduation gifts. I had queries as this was my first time doing anything like this. However, their customer service was amazing, top tier and responses within reasonable timing. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to place my order.
Wanted to gift my daughters photo albums but wasn't sure if it was possible. Contacted customer service and they got back to me straight away. Couldn't have been nicer or more precise as to how I could have gift vouchers made.Lovely customer service!
I recently ordered a photo album from Pixory and I’m really happy with it! The quality of the book is excellent — the pages feel premium, and the pictures came out very clear and vibrant. It’s a lovely keepsake.The only issue I faced was with delivery, but the customer service team was very responsive over email and helped get everything sorted. My book arrived safely in the end, and I really appreciate their support.One small thing I wish I had noticed while editing online from my phone was the spine text — it ended up saying “Morocco” instead of “Oman.” If I had been able to see that more clearly, I would’ve changed it, but aside from that, the book itself is beautiful and I’m very pleased with my purchase.Would definitely recommend Pixory for anyone looking to create a special photo album!
I came across Pixory on instagram and their design immediately convinced me! I finished the book in a short amount of time thanks to their system that arranges the pictures for you. I did a few changes, added a few things and boom! it was done. The possibilities are endless and the aesthetic unmatcheable. Their customer service is absolutely great. They reply immediately and exceedingly friendly and patient. I will definitely order again!
Pixory is so simple and easy to use. I have created 6 photo books, the quality is 10/10 I’m obsessed! Can’t wait to receive them once they have been shipped, the family crowds around and we all open the book together cause we are just soo excited to see relive the memories again! In love with the photobook it came out even better than I expected! I had seen it online and thought it was such a cute idea, would highly recommend. Their team are super helpful and accommodating, and their responses are quick. Couldn't fault it at all, will definitely be ordering again!
Amazing customer service. I had ordered 4 custom books from them, they were amazing quality and looked super great. The photos we used were taken on a phone so I was a little concerned about the quality of the print but it was so crisp and perfect. One of the books has a small misprint on the spine of the book, just the text being a little unaligned and when I reached out to the team they were super apologetic and willing to get a new book printed and sent out. I received an email just a few days later saying the new book had been shipped and would be arriving soon. Couldn’t be any happier with the product or service. And a thanks to Keisha who is the staff I spoke to about the issue who handled everything perfectly.
Pixory have truly made my holiday a lasting memory. The quality of the books are beyond amazing! When I received my order I noticed that some of the photos inside of one of the books were missing and Keisha assisted me, providing me a whole new book, this is beyond amazing customer service!I will be ordering with Pixory again, thank you so much :)
I saw the Pixory photo albums at my friend’s house and was instantly in love! They are so chic and look like beautiful coffee table books. I recently created my first book and the process was so easy. I would recommend using a Laptop instead of navigating it on your phone. But what’s great is you can use your phone to easily upload the photos and then switch to the laptop and the pics are all in your project ready to go! I let the website populate the order of the photos, did a few tweaks and it was done. I did have a few questions about how to navigate creating a custom album and their customer service was top notch! Super responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend Pixory enough and plan on making many more books!
