The website was super intuitive and made designing a holiday book nice and straight forward. I had some questions regarding photo layout and I reached out to customer support, and they responded almost instantly! The representative was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process and even offering helpful tips to enhance my book - thank you Rebecca!!! I had some issues with the shipping and delivery company, but they stayed in contact with me the whole time and helped me try to sort it out. Now that the albums have finally arrived, I’m really happy with the result — I’ll definitely order again!

It’s such a thoughtful gift and honestly the perfect way to capture memories that deserve more than just a camera roll.One of my favorite tools was the ability to get suggestions for page layouts and design options. The AI feature made it even easier by pulling together all the images into a cohesive layout while smartly skipping duplicates. It saved so much time and made the book feel polished from start to finish.The design tools are intuitive, the templates are amazing, and the entire experience felt like a creative escape. Plus, the customer service was excellent. Great customer service. The cover of the book arrived damaged and they are shipping me a new one. The rest was perfect looking. Easy program to use. My pictures look amazing and I'm so happy with how easy it was to make a custom book. I already ordered two more books. I only took off one star for the book cover damage, but will happily use this company again to document my travels.
Really good website for capturing photos from trips and holidays. The website is easy to navigate and there are so many possibilities when creating a memory book. The only thing i would say is that the website sometimes glitches or freezes and i am unable to use the website for a few minutes. The support centre is brilliant they answer any questions you may have within minutes. There is a tutorial on how to create your memory book however I didn’t need to use this function as the website is so easy to navigate but may be helpful for anyone who may need a tutorial. There are loads of different stickers to choose from to add to your design which I really liked. Overall really good I really recommend.
