I’ve bee a customer for over a decades. Placed an order over a month ago. According to my BRCC account says it was shipped January 5th 2026 however according to the shipping company (fed Ex) it was never recieved. I attempted to call BRCC customer service number over 8 times in the past 2 weeks and have got their recorded response saying their too busy to help
Because of moving their warehouse. I tried emailing their customer care and have never heard back over the past 4 weeks. I’m curious if they actually have a staff anymore. I paid over a month ago, attempted multiple ways to communicate and have recieved nothing back
We have had a BRCC subscription for over a year now. The last two months we have not received our full order yet the company had charged our account the full amount of the order. Like everyone else, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone, and the chat bot is worthless. Every time we call the number, it disconnects. We have left our email numerous times only to have no response. We have tried calling their shops but unfortunately they have nothing to do with the overall company, they just sell their product. So sad to see a Veteran owned company treat their customers so poorly. We have cancelled all of our subscriptions and will not go back if this is how they treat customers.
I had a terrible experience during the holiday season of 2025. It's shameful that they took orders knowing they couldn't fulfill them on time. I attempted to cancel my order and reach a representative, but it was impossible to get in touch with anyone. After I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company, I suddenly received an email the next day stating my order had shipped. This happened over 40 days after I placed the order for a holiday that has long passed. I would never recommend this service to anyone and will not be ordering from them again.
I may have missed the notification about the company's relocation, or perhaps I never received one. My initial order took an unexpectedly long time, leaving me concerned about potential issues with my payment. However, once it arrived, I must say this is the BEST coffee I have ever ground and brewed! I truly hope they complete their move smoothly, as I found a local coffee supplier that supports women affected by trafficking, and their coffee is also excellent.
I placed an order on 12/1 and was charged immediately. Now, over 30 days later, I still haven't received anything. I've attempted to reach out through various channels without success. I will not be ordering from this business again, not even for coffee. I'm very disappointed in this veteran-owned company.
I placed an order on November 22, 2025, for coffee and apparel. After placing my order, I was informed of a potential delay of up to 10 days due to a warehouse move. Despite sending four emails with no replies and struggling with chat and phone support, I have received no communication. Meanwhile, they have taken my payment. I can't even cancel the order that I doubt I will receive in time for Christmas, if at all! I plan to reach out to my credit card company this week to dispute the charge. I have evidence of my unanswered emails. The organizations I support would never act this way or engage in such unethical practices. It's truly shameful!
The customer service is terrible! I ordered over $80 worth of coffee on November 8, and as of December 11, I still haven't received it or any follow-up despite multiple attempts to contact them. They charged my credit card immediately on November 8. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, who also tried reaching out to the company with no success. Absolutely awful customer service!
I received my order but was shorted one bag of coffee. The packing list indicated two bags, but only one was shipped. I attempted to call twice but was told to try again later due to high call volume. I also emailed the provided customer service address, but it bounced back. The chatbot was unhelpful.
I received a partial order and have been trying to contact customer service for weeks without any response. Emails, chat, and the phone number all indicate they are closed. I plan to cancel my coffee subscription tomorrow. This is a disappointing way to treat customers!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been a loyal customer for years without issues until now. I ordered two bags of coffee and a mug in mid-October. I was charged but never received a shipping email. After multiple inquiries, I was told a warehouse move caused delays. I received a random mug instead of my coffee. The representative seemed apologetic but I still have not received my original order. They offered a discount, but with many exclusions. I just want my money back and to end this ordeal. I'm seriously considering finding another coffee supplier.
