I requested for a cancellation on an order that has yet to be shipped. Have sent several emails and a DM via Instagram. All have been ignored and continues to be ignored. I’m hoping customer step forward and share their experience of this terrible online business. It’s absolute rubbish. Please do not purchase from here - unprofessional and zero customer service.

A very well dressed scam! I bought gold earrings and the gold rubbed off, I contacted customer services who initially ignored me, then after chasing them up they told me to give them time to reply that this has never happened before ( their comments on social media show otherwise). They then blocked me from sending messages on Facebook and ignored all my emails. I’ve since reported them to action Fraud and Shopify. Customer comments are full of people not receiving their items and nobody replying to their emails. There were no reviews online in order to check this company before I bought from them ( ones I did find recently have disappeared) AVOID!!!!
