Horrible. 2 of the plants arrived infested by parasites and they refused to refund me with all the possible (and ridiculous) excuses. The other 2 plants were also in bad conditions with broken and black leaves. Unbelievable and shocking experience with this people. Stay away from this company: they will deny the evidence and never refund you. The quality of the plants I received is that of those plants you can find in a dumpster, same for the customer care.

Delivery was fine and at first the plants looked fine as well. But the client service could be better. I was worried about my plant's spots. And they told me I don't need to worry without even knowing what the spots are. They told me it can simply be dirt. But after removing they reappeared. I think they could offer a bit more assistance to figure out the plants condition. Especially after buying it and having just received it.
Everything was perfect, the plants are amazing and arrived perfectly, probably one of the best packagings for plants i have ever received. This shop goes into my favourites for sure :) Thanks so much to Sandra for putting care into packaging my plants. Giulia
