We were not made aware that the service operates on an auto-renewal basis. We have been charged without consent. I brought this issue to the attention of the support team, but they simply stated that a refund is not possible, despite our lack of usage.
Bought the device for my son and have been using it for a year now. It’s fantastic and great motivation for him to try and improve his stats. Customer support generally responds promptly and are very helpful, although the past week they have been slow, but once engaged they fixed my issue within minutes. Overall it is a great product although I think the device should allow for recording of training and match activities in the same session as some times kids have a training session followed by a match. Also it would be great if the software allows for pausing during activity especially during matches since substitutions are regular. I highly recommend the product.I would also like to take this opportunity and thank Alan D from customer support. He was very helpful and responsive and fixed my issue within minutes.
I was really disappointed with my experience with Playmaker.The platform itself seemed promising, but the customer support is extremely poor. When there’s an issue, they tell you they’ll process a refund, but then you end up having to continuously chase them for updates. There’s no proactive communication, no clear timelines, and you feel like you’re the one doing all the work to get a resolution.It shouldn’t be this difficult to get support or to receive a refund that they’ve already agreed to.
I had a problem with my subscription and started to panic. I emailed customer service who were extremely helpful, kind and made me feel valued. It’s so refreshing to see some people’s customer service is still excellent. Thank you so much
I would give zero stars if possible. Day 4 of no response from customer service including the whatsapp messaging service. They have confirmed they will be taking my subscription money however still unable to connect the devices.References have been provided to confirm this is am authetic review. Are you suggesting the way to resolve no response from customer service is to contact customer service? Lol
